The energy performance tool helps to improve the energy performance and indoor climate of buildings through digital monitoring and management. Real-time monitoring of energy consumption and indoor climate enables automatic analysis of the energy use and indoor climate parameters of buildings, identification of inconsistencies, and comparison of buildings. The tool was developed in collaboration between Tallinn University of Technology and Thinnect.

The main dashboard provides an overview of the building portfolio, including the performance ranking of individual buildings.
Building dashboard
The building dashboard visualizes the energy performance class and the indoor climate class of the building, which are updated monthly. Information on individual rooms and the energy balance can be also viewed. You will be able to see how your building performs in real time!
Building Energy Balance
The building energy balance graph visualizes in detail how much each system is consuming energy every month. This helps you to identify any energy waste in the building!
